Damn, I haven't checked this thread since 5:00 this morning and only a little over a page. Y'all slackin...

Failed inspection again but it was only because the fucking HVAC guys didn't put tamper proof caps(or something like that) on the outside AC unit so the inspector is letting us move in but we have to have that fixed and another inspection still. At least we get to move home. Been on the road since 5:30 this morning then hauled ass back to the apartment about noon and been moving stuff ever since. Still a long ways to go but should have the apartment cleared out today. Storage unit probably tomorrow. Then it's just unpacking everything.

That's not required that i know of, migjt be a inspector personal opinion. Fuck those caps, all you need is a 3/8 screw and i can get in it
