@KhyberPass - I contacted my congresscritter Frank Lucas to look into Form 1 delay. Got nearly an immediate response from an aide and filled out form so they could look into it. (I think that was Thursday) I don't know how much that'll help, but he's a 100% gun dude, and seemed ready to help. Don't know if you have anyone in GA like that, but it's a thought.
