This is not a great picture, but I cooked an eye round with my new sous vide machine I got for my birthday. It was amazing. This is one of the tougher cuts of meat on the cow, but this was fork tender. Almost as tender as a filet. Just thought I’d share.

I’d recommend an immersion circulator to everyone.
