Sounds like he was an actual person after all lol. Poor guy had no clue what he stumbled into.

Side note: normally my knees would be swollen like grapefruits after a run like this and my hips would feel like cheese graters. The Only thing I have changed over the past months have been to consistently take these joint supplements that @Miles recommended. NO knee swelling, no hip pain. Insane.
