Try the top of the back lug , file down slowly fit and try fit and try

I think it really matters just where you’re bumping at. I’ve seen guys so both or one or the other. I had to do the tops on some Bulgarian mags that wouldn’t lock up fully into Galil but honestly You’re probably more experienced with chopping and filing mags than me
