I buy 9mm projectiles on sale and in bulk. If I have to buy brass it is $8.15 a box of 50, $7.50 a box with scavenged/reused brass. If I did not have a progressive, I would buy it off the shelf.

Do you use a single stage or a turret? Been thinking about a Lyman turret for .223 if @freedom gets me shooting a service rifle right.
It takes about 30 minutes to an hour for caliber conversions, not worth it unless running 500 or more.
My single stage is the basic Lee Classic. Great little press, especially for the money. My turret is a Lyman turret older style but very similar to the T-Mag. Strong press, well made.
I agree, the lee single stage kit is the best value in reloading. I gave away a oooooooold Lyman because there was no priming on the press, but it was well built. If I have to take the brass in and out of the shell holder, I will just use the single stage.
Anyone make any rounds today? Made more 38 SPL.

I have been loading .40 on my RCBS piggyback 1. I'm loading a wide flat nose 165gr cast bullet from a custom mold I got from accurate last year. Using silhouette powder. Still working on my perfect load for this bullet.
