Sen. Feinstein's proposed Federal Assault Weapons Ban passed the committee vote by 10-9 margin. The "D" Party's Members toed the party line. Sen. Rubio gave her some interesting moments when he basically asked if the use of the bill to ban selected weaons was constitutional. Her Majesty was not amused.

I doubt the proposed bill is going anywhere this year, since 2014 is an election year and although the Federal Assault Weapons Ban of 1994 was pure cosmetics this one is going have some teeth. Feinsteins not about to give up though and like the Terminator, she will be back.

As far as State Laws, if you live in a State where the "D" Party has a majority of votes, look out. This thing is hardly over.
