Well as much as I love and use Uber, I will no longer be using Uber as they have adopted a policy of no firearms by their drivers OR passengers that use the service.

They've lost this loyal customer and I will be sure to write them and call them letting them know that their anti-freedom stance is un-American.

Uber and Lyft might be done away with any depending on whether or not they are forced to reclassify their drivers as employees rather than contractors....if they become employees then Obamacare will kill it. I forget which state has a lawsuit pending on the matter.

Yeah, Uber will not survive in its current state. The Government cannot allow it to survive while still forcing taxi services to play by a different set of rules and standards. Truthfully, Uber isn't about "sharing a ride" any more than a brothel is just a place to buy a very expensive beverage and maybe some chick will like you and want to have sex.
