I think once you figure out the system you would do the swap out fairly quick. The video showed not much of an effort was made to swap them after a box of ammo. They still slid in and out easily. I like the fact a lot are going to 1.375 inside dia with 24tpi threads allowing users to put QD mounts on them to fit their muzzle devices and lock it up instead of direct thread.
