I submitted my form 1 efile trust documents but the rifle being SBRed wasn't listed in the trust itself...does it need to be prior to being submitted for as an SBR?
Do I need to resubmit?

They will alert you if there is an issue. Also, you don't "loose your place in line" typically if you get if fixed correctly/quickly.Ok good. Its getting close to the time that I should be getting it back and I'd hate to have it disapproved for something stupid
I've always thought you added the item to the trust once it's approved and transferred. Adding it to the trust means the trust "owns" it. You can't own it until it's been or ready to be transferred.
But I'm no expert- or even a novice.
It's not too much to ask at all. However in two months when you decide to sell it, the whole NFA thing is going to make it a pain in the ass.Well I would agree as that makes sense...but a friend that just submitted a form 1 asked me and put the seed of doubt in my mind....I just want my backpack AKS-74U....is that so much to ask?
It's not that way with efile, if there's a problem they kick it out and make you start over. If it is a paper file, then yes, they will send it back have you correct it and it will usually go thru immediately then. They will alert you if there is an issue. I just had a disapproval because of an error on an efile. I refiled immediately and had the stamp 9 days later. It's not that way with efile, if there's a problem they kick it out and make you start over.
