Yeah that’s tough to do. The Dawgs have the back up playing the last 2 games but he’s experienced luckily
They said something about the backup is or was the 9th ranked QB in the country (in HS maybe, IDK).
He seemed to be hurry-up style, and they started very well with that. But that change may be hard to sustain thru an entire half.
Plus they are both great defenses, with "good but not great offenses".
Plus Iowa was at home, which is a big deal in the Big10 (or Bigger12, or whatever they are now).
When I went to PSU, they and ND were the two "Independents". They joined the conference for other sports (which never made sense to me since a school can be in different conferences for different sports - probably a Big10 condition).
