Is that really as low as they go? I figured it's be closer to $325-350 but I guess my racism against them is showing. Seems silly to spend $400 +x-fer fee when a new one is $100 more.

It's got me thinking. I just wish it weren't the DAK.

It'd also probably be $100 more. I wonder if it is possibly to throw a 9mm barrel in it like with Glocks

I don't care if it's .40, its the DAK that ruins it for me.

I think it will be a few years before we see the g17s get cheap again. The g22 police trade ins are cheap now but more and more depts are switching back to 9mm so g17 trade ins should pop up in a few years.

Not bragging here, but I did get a used G17 at the auction in Macon for sub $300. I don't recall exactly how much it was- I want to say about $270 plus the 10% auction fee.

Anyway, keep an eye out and you can find them cheap.

Do you need mags to go with it? And does it have to be a 17? I've got a gen 3 34 with no mags or box. I bought it when I was doing kydex work and I might part with it
