Gotcha. We dealt with this too. When I bought my house all three outside units were gone. They reused the wiring and pipe but replaced the air handler, furnace and compressor assembly on all three. The grand total was $11,300 for me.
dave give me a great price over the phone today. so that is under control . hey you live in bfe do you have wires coming off your house like the pic ? if so what do they go to ? and what internet do you use ?

I live so far in bfe that I have 2 telephone poles on my property leading to a point where power and phone drop underground for the last 100 yards.
Internet? Satellite is the only option and it sux.

Looks like 2 hots and a ground. If there is a white, then it may be neutral so that you have 230 and 120vac. You should also have the thermostat wires as well.
