Do you have serial numbers for them yet? A LGS said that once they order them they can get a serial number right away and start my form 4 paperwork. Just asking because I am not sure about how a form 3 works.

I do. I would not file the Form 4 before the Form 3 came back approved right now. NFA branch says Form 4s are 5 months out but it's inevitably going to go up. I don't think it's worth the risk and hassle. Not on my end at least.
