I want to know how to they got away with using the registered trade name of Skyjacker Suspension. That would be like naming your company Walmart Defense.


I want to start an AR company called Fort Daniel Defense.

Are those guys still around? I was behind a truck the other day with a huge "skyjacker defense" decal on the back glass. Not like a little "I bought a skyjacker defense rifle" decal, but like an "I own the place" type of billboard decal.
