1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Paprika
2-1/2 TBS Coarse Black Pepper
1-1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1-1/2 TBS Garlic Powder
1-1/2 TBS Onion Powder
1 tsp Cayenne
2 TBS Kosher Salt
Cover meat with a light coat of yellow mustard. Cover with rub let sit till wet looking. Turn over and repeat.
