My wife suggested we buy a smoker. Yeah, it really was her idea. Any ideas on where to start the search? We will not likely spend more that $500 or $600 on a smoker. Is that realistic?
I actually like this style of smoker, esp. if you do not smoke all the time. They are inexpensive and do not take up a bunch of room. I can fit 4 - 8 lb butts in it at a time.
