Best mobile movie / TV app or service?

Looking for the best service for downloading movies / tv shows while I'm stuck on flights or waiting in the airport. (Will be on an Iphone 6+ or Samsung Tablet).

Who has the better selection & cost per download?
Don't want to pay for in-flight internet access, so downloading would be ideal Vs streaming.

Do you feel bad about "ripping off" Hollywood? I use torrents.

I'll look into torrents; I was thinking of doing Amazon prime and then using PlayLater so I can download the streaming content

I have a Prime membership and have not used the video side for a while. The now have internet radio from what I hear.
