Best AR slings & mounts

I have limited experience with slings. I have a Blue Force sling and it's the only one I've owned. What do you guys use and what kind of mount?

I have a small frame so single points are hard to fit me. I have a Troy that fits me pretty well.

I just use a plain old canvas sling. It carries fine and I can get my arm through it for a hasty sling for stabilization.

I'm a sling whore. I've been around the block a time or two.

I've used:
-Troy Padded
-Viking Tactics VTAC
-Blue Force Gear VCAS
-Proctor Way of the Gun
-Zahal IDF sling
-PIG (patrol incidence gear) one point
-no brand 3 point (maybe a Blackhawk)

I'm a huge fan of BFG and will probably be selling all of them except for those (I have four of them) and the Proctor sling.

I have two VTAC slings but there's too much crap hanging off of them.

I use the MS3 and really like it. Quickly and easily converts from single to two point.

I used one of these and it works great with the sling, but when there is no sling attached, which is most of the time for me, it's always jingling. Might as well hang my damn keys on there.

Magpul is on my wish list. How easy is the adjustment buckle to use? The reason why I like the BFG is that the adjustment tab is easy to find and use.

It's not super easy, but I'm more worried about getting it to stay there when I get it where I want it than I am about adjusting it on the go.
