B.O.B.'s... Bug Out Bags! What's in yours?

I just started putting mine together and I realize I lack a lot of medical supplies. I need to find a solid list of medical supplies that makes a good B.O.B. and begin buying those as I find them online or around town.

I'm interested in learning what y'all have in yours... what sort of bag you use, size, items in the bag(s), brands, purpose, uses, needs, etc.

my med stuff is a basic first aid kit, then I added a tourniquet, some large gauze for larger cuts, roll of tape, and then some medicine like aspirin, tums, zantac, and a couple other things. I have some RX anti-inflammatorys and some silvadene. also a ice pack and theres and extra space blanket.

I am not a certified instructor (yet), but I would be happy to do something like that if people wanted to learn some basic or slightly above basic first aid type stuff.

When you get to be an instructor, have a class on how to use every thing in a blow out kit.

Mine bout 3/4 of this list. I found a deal little while ago that came with backpack, hammock, camelback, bug netting and few other items for 99 dollars. Not a cheap setup either. On MOOT I think.

I'm lucky to have a free clinic and free pharmacy at work so I get antibiotics when I want for free. also helps my girlfriend is a nurse and can get about whatever when it comes to that. I have a good bit of antibiotics at home. I don't keep in in my ghb. my work is 14-15 miles from home, so I don't plan on needing and antibiotic within 24 hrs. Also, I don't plan on leaving my house unless it is absolutely necessary.

my GHB has a sawyer filter. for the price, those things are nice.

I get my antibiotics every time I go south of the boarder. They're cheap and easy to get.

The cipro style antibiotics can become toxic after its expiration date. So be careful with those.
