On the new this morning they said that the hackers were angry that the site charged people $20 to delete their info and never did it. They say that the personal info, credit card info and pictures of ask of those people are still present.

I suspect that they'll never be released. Most of these data breaches are used for identity theft, where the account information gets sold off to the highest bidder. It's just more newsworthy to implicate that these people's infidelity could be exposed. Because, you know, sex sells. And the American attention span is shorter than your average gnat's.
