I just ordered the last part I need for my build. That dude can suck a fat one if he thinks it can be done for $450. My Hahn block was 185 shipped. Would've been more but I get a C&R discount at Brownell's.

You cannot use the rule of regular retail or "going rate" pricing as an argument for stated "value" claiming it's too cheap or too expensive. (Ok, you can, but that will depend on whether you're buying or selling)
If anyone here is an FFL then I'm certain they're aware of the markups on items, and parts and accessories especially have a markup of 40-120% and sometimes more.
