Tlr1-HL with pressure switch.

Initially i used the factory toggles then decided that was a no go b I was constantly bumps the toggle when the rifle was slung.

Nothing currently. Close buddies/co-workers run everything from Trl's, in force or surefire flashlights with Vtach mounts.

Surefire M951 on one. (Don't get this light, I just have it to be clone correct. It's durable as hell but heavy.)

Inforce WML on another.

No light currently. But my neighbors are way too close for an AR where we live right now. I have a fixed mount and a tail cap/pressure switch... just no light I'd consider putting on a rifle. The lights I have are probably fine, but never been tested for rifle recoil/muzzle blast.

So if I were to grab the rifle, I guess I'd just be spraying rounds into the dark... seems fine.

I also have the Streamlight Polytac on a couple other rifles. It's the cheapest best option in my opinion.

What switch do you have that works with Polytacs? I have a few Polytacs, great torches.

I honestly don't remember the name of this thing- a guy at work bought the same one and said it threads on the Polytac light he got from PSA during one of their clearance deals. I've got the same tail cap/switch, so I assume it would fit fine.

I think it's probably related to the chinese Solar Flare flashlights we ordered awhile ago- probably four or five years ago. That cheap ass flashlight is still going strong.

I have two streamlight polytacs on two different setups. For my uses, they work well.

No need for remote switches, wires, etc. - to me that's just more things that can go wrong, get in your way at the worst time.

I just mount them 11 or 2 o' clock where I can reach them with my support hand. Not too close for an accidental activation but close enough when you mean it.

I'm sure there's a dirty joke to be made there but anyway...
