just curious what everyone prefers ar15 or ak47.I have a s&w m&p sport (ar15) and I'm looking to get a century arms c39v2(ak)

ARs all the way. Although people that aren't very good shots prefer the AK.

I like both, but not 7.62x39 AK's... I just traded in to a nice .223 Arsenal AK & have a 5.45x39 Arsenal AK74. I have AR's in 5.56 & .308 and 22LR. I'm more of a AR guy overall.

Ak's are generally too unrefined and clunky. Draft horse vs race horse.

I got to say my Colt, LOVE my PSA's and Armalite but the Colt just rings the bell for me.
