How big an object? I do pretty well with Brownells bluing on parts. Not a whole rifle/shotgun though.

It's a barrel... It's got about 1" x 10-12" of damage to the top.

No bluing bath bin for me, so 5' touch up or pistol barrels is about all I can do.
