Don’t see why I can’t do a small class of folks. Go down to the 5th “ORDERED” section, subsection 3: Engaging in outdoor exercise activities so long as a minimum distance of 6 feet is maintained during such activities between all persons who are not members of the same household or residence”.

Kemp only authorized certain folks, mainly GSP, with enforcing his SIP order. This means that local and county PD’s, as well as SO’s, will not be enforcing it.

As of this moment, the only entities authorized to enforce the provisions of the order are the Department of Public Safety (GSP, MCCD, Capitol Police), the Department of Public Health, the Adjutant General (National Guard) and now the Offices of the Sheriff.
