So....when your forms get fired off to the ATF for approval and taxation, who gets contacted? The dealer? The individual?

Can I expect stamps in the mail, and then I'll go pick up the suppressors?

Unless it is a form 1 for a weapon you currently own then it will come to you and you can then build your firearm.
