An Evolved Mags/Gun debate

As politics threatens the lifespan of magazines as much as their physical weaknesses, have you adjusted your inventory of magazines?

Does the old "10 mags per rifle" rule of thumb still hold water with you, or have you adjusted your inventory to keep up with the changing political landscape?

I have 21 AK 74 mags. I do plan on picking up as many as I can afford between now and April/May when I think things will start heating up. I'm always buying ammo,even if it's just a box here and there.

I don't know how many mags I have for any of my guns. Well, that's not true, I have 4 G21 mags for my 21, and three Glock 19 mags for...oh shit, I don't have a gun for those.

For my other guns, no clue. Way less than what you guys are posting. Only gun I MAY have triple digits on the mag count might be 1911 mags.

I bet I don't have 5 AK mags
I do know I only have two 7.62x39 AR mags
If I had to guess I have close to 80 AR mags.

I don't have anywhere near the numbers I used to and I probably will still never need to buy any more.

Sure, but it's a lot easier to load them all before it's time to shoot. Then, you can just shoot. Grab another mag and continue

I haven't seen seen anyone post .22 mags yet... I did buy a handful of Butler Creek 10/22 mags (which seems silly considering that I can't go buy ammo now).

I feel like I've got enough center fire rifle mags. Not nearly as many as most folks have posted, but I have enough mags and rebuild kits to pass on to the kids.

I've probably got about 50 or so AR mags, 12 AK (I'm new to the AK game), 16 or so AR47, 12 - AR9, 12 - AR10, 8 - AR22, 8 - 1911 and 2-4 mags mags for each of my handguns.

All mags are stored loaded.

I just did in mine. I keep several ready to go for my HK416D. The rest of my semi-auto .22 rifles don't take mags.
