"Black Aces Tactical (BAT), an American manufacturer best known for its patented custom shotguns, is excited to announce the release of the company’s new PoBoy suppressor for both the 30 caliber and 7.62 models."

While I'm no fan of their Black Aces shotgun receiver and the fact that they're responsible for the whole "shouldering an arm brace" debacle that the ATF ran with, I am interested in learning more about a 30 cal can that is less than the tax stamp required to purchase it.

LOL. But really, pretty much all the meter results ive seen posted of it are over 140, some as high as 149. It might be hearing safe on a 16+" 5.56, but not much else.

Action noise on an AR( mechanical & gas) is supposedly 140db. Just for perspective.

Unsuppressed is around 165db.

Seems like a big gamble being that you can't sell it easy and are still paying the tax stamp.

This is one of those products that will likely fail because this business model doesn't work. The MSRP is so low there's no room for markup which means you have to buy direct or from only a few SOTs that will stock it. I'm not selling a $199 can and make $49 (25% markup). I charge $60 for a NFA transfer.

29 oz - holy shit that's a heavy can! That's over double that of my Omega, hell, that's a fair amount heavier then the Saker 762 and SDN-6, which are heavy cans.
