357 sig recoil in slow motion

Playing with my phone camera today at the range. Decided to try out its slow motion video capture. This is a new to me P226R 357 sig Dallas PD turn in. Gun is in very good condition with just two marks in the finish on the frame. Came with 3 sig/mecgar mags. Two still in the bag! First time out with it. Trying to get acquainted with the DAK trigger. It's fairly light and really smooth. Haven't checked the pull weight yet but 5-6 lbs probably. My hand was definitely a little sore after a hundred rounds!

Have the same. Came with all new insides and slide. I guess Sig goes through them.

Only got 1 mag but did get the holster and manual Had a rubber Hogue grip

I think rubber is the way to go! The regular plastic grips I have are rough on your hand with the recoil.

I love the 357sig. Killed a couple deer with 125 grain gold dots.

I EDC .357 sig.... I personally have never noticed recoil being an issue.

I dump between 200-300 rounds a month in my Glock 32. I rotate between Speer GD and Lawman FMJ's

My only complaint is the cost to replace the ammo... unless you go with GA Arms your gonna spend some $

I tested a few Speer GD 125's and they were averaging 1390-1415

Naah, I only used once fired cases when loading that hot, and they stay on the floor after those loads. They are well smileyed but no case head failure. Only 1 powder performs that well with that bullet, and I have most of a pound. I might be willing to divulge the load to the right people
