Got any sources? I bought some of the Sig ammo from PSA when it was on sale. I can get the Gemtech ammo at decent prices. Is .70/rd good?

You trying to cycle an ar, or shoot them thru a bolt gun/ single shot? I shoot 30 cal subsonic in .308, 30-30, etc using 150 plated for 25c per round, but you will have a hard time getting the bolt to cycle with that weight bullet and stay subsonic.
AR pistol gas length. I've seen guys run 300blk subs without any problems. I'm sure I'll have to play around with it.
Most subs that cycle ar actions use heavy bullets, but if anyone does it with plated 150's please see if they will share their recipe with us/me!
Did you set the gas block? You were saying something about how to keep it adjusted but I forgot.
Lightest subsonic I've seen run an AR was a 180 .... but that takes a can, pistol length gas and the right spring/buffer combo
Y'all are nuts. I've seen gem tech subs and 220gr hand loads running full auto just fine.

I picked up some of these and some sierra 220's so I can start working up some loads myself. Have to finish putting the finishing touches on it and am going to have to use my Octane 45 until my ARC30 is out of jail.
Missouri bullet makes a similar ''coated'' for about 1/2 the price, but I don't know about ''coated'' down a carbine barrel and thru the gas system
