I'd get a $120 Marlin 60 (may even include a cheap but useable 3-9x scope) and with the remaining $80 it would be a mix of Norma Tac-X, Aguila Interceptor, and Aguila SSS ammo.
Should be set for almost anything if all I had was $200 to spend.
