    Yeah, I think the cheapest I found the total to be was about $650. It's def something I'm doing because: 1) I want to 2) cool factor 3) exercising my rights too 4) Mericuh!

    You can buy factory complete uppers from a few different retailers. I'm going for a no numbers "Glock" though. I'll bring it down when I'm down that way at the end of April.

    I have a spare gen 3 that I'm gonna strip and use everything but the slide/barrel/frame. I already have a threaded barrel from PSA and I have a Lonewolf slide otw. That way I have a no numbers "Glock" If it works out well then I'll buy OEM parts for the 80% and put the factory stuff back in...

    Drill like 3 holes and mill out some of the slide material that they have to leave on. Shouldn't take more than about an hour or so.
