I am working on getting my A1 back from Tommy. Brownells makes A1 lowers now as well as uppers and barrels. They have a whole retro line.

I already have all the parts. Mine is going on a SBR lower.

If you have no plan of ever shooting subsonic you could have saved a bunch of money by building a 7.62x39 upper. Money is no object though and those x39 mags are hideous.
