I bought the Slash's Heavy Buffer adjustable kit. It goes up to 13oz. They recommend starting there and going down until it reliably holds open on the last round, like any other buffer setup. I made it down to 11.5 before it started holding open. 7.5 is like unsuppressed buffer weight in a 9mm...

Flat bench, incline bench, dumbell flies, pull downs, bent over rows, sitting cable rows, abs yesterday. Finally able to workout without feeling like im fucking dying the next morning around 3-4 am.

10mm is a beastly ass round. 1600fps is insane. I'm just far farrrrr too poor to practice with it and shoot it so I stick with 9mm ;) Nice hoodie btw.
