I like the low center or gravity of the sit in. I also prefer to stay as dry as possible if I'm just cruising around in my every day clothes. If you're swimming and stuff, you can climb back onto a sit on top from the water. That's pretty difficult to do with a sit inside.

I don't recall ever have to clean the carb in a nitro car, and mine would sit for years with fuel in them sometimes.

Glow plug. It's always the damn glow plugs. And if you get a good glow plug in it then the glow starter is going to be dead. I don't miss nitro one little bit. Did you pull the glow plug out and attach the glow starter to verify that it's glowing good and strong? If it's a faint glow or not...

They have put more into marketing in the last decade than everyone else in the history of RC combined. And they're good at it. If you go to any NHRA or NMRA events, they'll be there doing demos and stunt shows and stuff.

I get more use out of my mini revo than anything else as well. Same thing, just spent a few bucks to buy all the rpm parts. I'm really digging the 1/16 stuff. More time running, less time and money fixing things.

I don't have much experience with crawlers. Where I come from, faster is better. All my brushless stuff is waterproof though.

I have a feeling once you go electric, you won't want to go back to nitro. The only downside of the Summit is that it's one of the only 1/10 scale Traxxas trucks that doesn't come in a brushless version. You'll want to do a conversion at some point.

The sound is the only thing you'll miss.
