About 15 years ago, I was doing some cleaning up in the backyard. A 38 inch copperhead came out of nowhere to strike me, and both of my dogs were near me. I managed to pin in the loose brush, but it managed to strike my Army boot twice before I cut it's head off. It was 38 inches long and as...

I almost got bitten by a copperhead on a land nav course. I was pulling myself up from a dried out creek bed, using a tree root, and put my hand just a few inches from it's face. I was amazed that I didn't get bitten. I would have been in deep shit, I was miles away from anyone.

Maybe the upper notch could have grooves in it, for the purpose your thumb against it for precision cuts with the tip of the blade. So call it a thumb rest, maybe?

That's what I heard. I went in 2018, it was alright, I did see a bunch of cool rifles firing. But the best part was the all of the vendors, there was tons of cool stuff there, it was the equivalent of the blade show but gun stuff. Took me 2 days to look at everything.

Someone buy/trade me something for this AK74 furniture... $40.00 bucks sound fair? Maybe trade for a nice AK74 mag? Or few of the Bulgarian mags...I don't know.

If I'm not mistaken, they measure it from the bolt face (forward in the chamber) to the end of the muzzle... with a cleaning rod type thing, or a round wooden rod. To determine how long your barrel is.

1st. I'm glad we got some rain, but the humidity outside has to be around 500%. It's terrible, I take Frank for a walk and my shirt is soaking wet when I get home.

My bad... but to be fair, I didn't know if you'd be home or not. And you went shooting on a school day ( when you were playing hooky from work ) and didn't tell me. ☹ But on a serious note, if you want me you look at that AR15 let me know, maybe I can figure out why it's having issues.

You should just put a folding pig sticker on your MAK90 instead of buying a type 56 rifle... I went to Hoods place and he put my rifle back together. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

I don't know how true it is, that if you touch a nest/relocate it, the mother bird will abandon the chicks. I personally would put brush over the open nest.
