Any of y'all watching the housing market? It's insane. I'm tempted to list this house and downsize on some acreage. I found a house that was perfect EXCEPT it is in the county I moved from and I don't want to go back.

At least put in a float switch if it doesn't have one. Spiders, bugs, etc can block the aux drain opening. In the event that your pan does fill up with water, the float switch will shut off your AC unit and therefore stop it from condensating enough to overflow the pan.

Deal! I've cut down so much of this stuff in the past, I could have saved a bunch up already! I've always been impressed with how hard this wood is everytime I cut it. Very solid!

I've got sections that the diameter is the same as the length of your hand. If you want some, I have to cut the limbs into sections tomorrow. I think I overheated that saw and it would idle but wouldn't rev up and stay running

I'm limbing some crepe myrtles that have been allowed to become overgrown the last 15 years. I should have bought a 200 series Stihl with an 18" bar but I didn't want to spend $400

The others are, just not the one closest to me. Before I bought one, I asked the kid "Do y'all carry Stihl chainsaws?" And he gave me the deer in headlights look and said, "You mean like STEEL chainsaw blades???"

The 2 trees in cutting are in the backyard, not that far. If the nuts don't back off again, I shouldn't need it lol

My Ace isn't a Stihl dealer. I've got a rollaway in the house, I wasn't worried about the scrench really...

That Stihl had regular nuts and no washers originally. Same as the Poulan Pro that I used one time and gave away

I didn't think it would be @Matt Ellerbee to ever use the term "bar studs" in this thread but I guess nothing surprises me anymore

I used flat washers and lock nuts with the nylon inserts. I wanted flanged lock nuts but they didn't have any.
