Try some WD on it. If that doesn't work, through it down in the driveway and run over it a couple of times! That should kill the midget mouse living in there!
Watch out though, it will polarize steel core ammo so that when you fire it the rotation of the bullet will induce a current and create a powerful arc blast equivalent to 1.21 jigawats and zap your ass when the bullet leaves the barrel!
