I EDC .357 sig.... I personally have never noticed recoil being an issue. I dump between 200-300 rounds a month in my Glock 32. I rotate between Speer GD and Lawman FMJ's My only complaint is the cost to replace the ammo... unless you go with GA Arms your gonna spend some $
