It might be worth checking out the beretta a300. It looks similar to the 390s but I've never handled one. I think you can find them around $600 new.

I like my beretta 390 I picked up for $300. I put some weights in the stock and at the end of the tube for sporting clays and it is very soft shooting not. The weights are easily removed if you take it in the field.

There are many factors that can make this happen and its common. when you attach the suppressor it changes barrel harmonics, add weight to the barrel, and swirls gas really quickly around the bullet.
