After the holidays we need to meet up to shoot. I have been incredibly pleased with the vortex reddot on my AR and you can check it out and I can play with the scorpion.

You probably have the best chance of answering this. Between a scorpion and a Glock mag AR (9mm), would one suppress better than the other? I want to build a 9mm SBR eventually and I still can't decide between a 9mm AR, Scorpion, or maybe a MPX. I think if one is better to suppress than...

I like that much better than the factory grip. The factory grip was the main thing that I always hated about the scorpion. When people started making replacements was when I started considering getting one.

Do you have a picture with the new grip?

While it was nothing fancy, I had a Springfield Loaded that I really liked and I wish I still had it. Down the road I plan on getting another 1911 for sure.

The issue is still that each small pellet doesn't have the mass to adequately penetrate. You'll end up with a nasty looking wound but the chances of quick incapacitation is low because the chances of causing enough damage to the CNS or a major blood vessel is lower.

I'm kinda hoping that they will stick with a more budget friendly design. Savages are not as refined as others but they are a good value for the price and how well they shoot. I'm hoping this is a similar situation (may explain the plastic ejection port cover). For the casual shooter savages...

I've always thought a side charger would be cool with one of those gas locks you can turn off so you can almost have a straight pull bolt action for Suppresed shooting

If it's under 1k for a precision oriented AR they will get my money.

I believe I saw a side charging handle. This may be interesting. I wonder if it's going to be geared toward precision or more of a standard AR.

It would be different if I didn't have so many thing I wanted to do to my glocks. But between frame work, triggers, sights, and lights I can't spend too much on just one thing.
