I agree the magnet is probably pretty secure, especially compared to the gun just in a cubby hole.

I don't have one in my current vehicle. My last car I mounted a holster to the side of the center console. I like the idea of retention so if I'm in a wreck the gun is less likely to turn into a heavy object flying around. It was a cheap nylon holster with a strap.

I dont have that many but I did stock up before the election. I think I have somewhere between 20-30 AR mags right now. Ill buy more but it is not a priority for a while.

That may work. I would only need to do it to one of them.

the mags its coming with are 20 rounders, I would buy some of the 15 round ones just to make it a little easier to conceal. I also am a fan of having a ton of mags to avoid loading mags at the range.

From what I gathered they are a bit more expensive, but it's coming with 5 already. I will probable pick up two more that are the standard capacity/length for carry though.

I'm with you. I wanted to like them too but just can't. I like the Shield but the rest just aren't my cup of tea.

I'm the opposite, I have never had a problem with any glock I've owned but had FTE with the USP I had and several double feeds with a M&P.

I think the glock lovers will buy either. But I think at least removing the grooves will draw in a lot of folks. I know several people who won't buy one because of them. I think @_Jake_ is one who hates the grooves enough to not buy a glock

Yep. I can't say I blame them, Glock sells a fuck ton of guns. But if they want to draw in more buyers then releasing a model with the front serrations, no finger grooves, and a better trigger and they will sell even more.

I love Glocks as much as the next guy. But I just can't get too excited about their "new" guns at this point.

Hell changing shit on guns is half the fun to me
