    Are home prices declining, I'm not seeing it. However Zillow decided to knock $4K off my estimate so I'm not sure what's up. I don't really care, just curious. 5 or 6 houses have sold in my neighborhood recently for more than my house so I'm kind of scratching my head.

    They look amazing! This stuff isn't exactly gochujang, I'm not exactly sure the difference but it's pretty damn hot! Funny you mention, I've been wanting to make some spicy food with that gochujang but I haven't bought it yet or settled on a recipe. I might look up some rib recipes

    My dad dropped off basically every picture he has at my brother's house...thousands of photos, somehow it's pretty much landed on me to sort them all. Found a pic of the Ferrari we brought with us from Germany in 1983, so that's cool

    Reverse seared a bone-in NY Strip and fried some eggs in the butter...the eggs looked like hell but damn they were GOOD! I had to fry up a few more lol
