The barrel is brand new. Has 110 rnds through it. Ballistic Advantage from Truprep. I purchased it myself. Overgassing IS the norm. Ive never had a standard barrel that wasn't overpassed even from companies like BCM.

Yo, I run a VLTOR A5-3 in one of my ARs. We can try that upper on this lower and see if it slows them down a lot before you go dumping money into it.

Not only are they abominations, they typically dont run as well, theybeat the AR platform to death, the angle of the rounds in the mag makes feeding less reliable, and 300 ammo comes in more and better varieties for hunting.
