bcm or dd, can't go wrong.
I like the bcm options because you aren't forced into paying extra for the quad rail. I prefer the standard hand guards (or magpul, b5, etc) - simple and light. the dd rails add weight and cost.
I will second the cmmg kit especially for new builders.
They make sure to put similar looking parts into separate color coded bags to prevent a mix up. And the parts aren't all that bad other than the standard mil spec (read: shitty) trigger.
