On my farm I have ducks geese and short season guineas. I say short season as they kill themselves pretty fast from their stupidity. I would love to hear what other folks have. I sell my duck eggs and my ducks when I get too many. My geese are crazy and a couple maybe brooding up now out of season but that's another story.

I used to have chickens (100+), 2 pigs, and three mules.
the chickens were the best. Pigs were cool, mules were a pain in the ass and expensive to maintain.

In my youth, I worked on a farm with guineas ....good lord they were stupid. They'd get all in a frenzy, running around like made.....then one would slam into a tree and breaks it's neck....
I don't have chicken eggs to to a chicken egg allergy and my spouse and his sister have farm memories of processing chickens they don't want to relive. I also have bees and this month a dexter milk cow with 8 month old steer calf will be showing up.
I only processed one time before the farm sold, was definitely an experience. Never seen so many feathers in my life
Got some chickens and some goats. Had some ducks earlier this year and either a chicken or predatory bird got ahold of them.
I know we have both on the property. I need to get a rooster to help protect the chickens.
