Well yes. This is always the way, but it is nice to get a tour. My guy ghosted us last time, but the GM hooked us up.

Just took home a third of a cow I split with my brother and his in-laws. Top level is steaks. Middle levels are ground beef (about 35 pounds). Second from the bottom level is roasts. And finally, the very bottom is tongue and liver.
I-16 is one of the worst drives in the US.
