HPR Ammo for self defense

Found a guy selling 3 boxes of this HPR Blackops 9mm self defense ammo. I've never seen or heard of it, does anyone know anything about it?

It's frangible. I don't care for frangible ammo at all (it's good to shoot at soft steel that other ammo would damage, but that's about it). 


As for HPR, I've heard decent things. Apparently all american made with pretty exacting standards. So their ammo in general should be good stuff. But I just don't like frangible ammo for self defense so I don't care for the Blackops line.

Generally, I avoid 90% of products that put words like "spec ops" "black ops" "tactical" etc in their product names.


They mostly turn out to be shit.
