I formed my trust and submitted a form 1 at one address and received approval at my new address. I still have to engrave the city in which I lived when I formed the trust, correct?

Do I do the same for future form 1 items as well?

You engrave the city and state where the item was made.

My trust originated in Georgia but I now live in PA and have since created SBRs.

They say PA.

As far as changing locations while the form was pending, I'd call the ATF on that one.

Oh, ok. I was under the impression that the city associated with the original trust documents was attached to it forever. Which doesn't really make sense now that I think about it, but no telling what kind of information I may have picked up on ODT.

In a trust it is all about where the trustee who is doing the form lives.

Example: I live in PA but my dad (trustee) still resides in GA. He can legally form4/1 an item in Georgia to the trust and then hand it to me in PA. Assuming necessary paperwork for cross line travel is done.
